Welcome to Active Pathways Early Childhood Centre. I am pleased to have the opportunity to provide you with an overview and insight into everything that Active Pathways has to offer. Active Pathways is a small and unique childcare setting that provides nurturing and loving care in a beautiful natural environment.

Active Pathways offers a stimulating and safe environment where your child will be educated and nurtured. I understand it is difficult to balance all the commitments and responsibilities of modern day living. When your child is at Active Pathways, you can be assured that they are being loved and taken care of in much the same fashion that you and your family would provide. It is my belief that children learn best in supportive, non-threatening, and holistic surroundings. At Active Pathways, your child will learn something new every day, and will also learn important values such as sharing, responsibility, independence, justice and ethics.

I believe that the children who attend my Centre receive the highest level of care, and importantly, have access to many and varied learning experiences. To bring the most exciting and innovative techniques to Active Pathways, I am constantly researching all the latest information relating to childhood development. In addition to being the owner of Active Pathways, I am also owner and Director of EPEC Education, a Registered Training College (RTO), specialising in the delivery of childcare qualifications. I have access to both the latest and most innovative educational approaches, and importantly, access to skilled and experienced educators. The educators at Active Pathways regularly attend professional development workshops and seminars, with special focus on teachings that work to foster emotional regulation and resilience in children. It is the aim of all educators and support staff at Active Pathways to implement a program that is both nurturing and stimulating. It is always my goal to attract educators to the Centre who possess high levels of emotional intelligence, and who have the ability to address in a caring manner, all the physical and emotional needs of the children in their care.

My commitment to you is to provide a safe and loving environment that you feel comfortable leaving your child in. I understand that choosing a child care centre is one of the most significant decisions you will make. Thank you for considering Active Pathways as a provider of care for your child.

Best wishes
